Roberts/SCOTUS needs to address this Trump shite right now

Colorado has gamed its ruling so that the ruling will be mooted unless the SCOTUS acts before the primary (remember, this was only about the primary). But, the findings of fact will remain.
Roberts, in an effort to avoid the Court being "political" would be inclined to decline to rule because of mootness (i.e., no justiciable issue).
But let's fast forward to September 2024. Trump is the GOP candidate.
States with mail in ballots will be sending out their ballots in October - with them being printed in September.
Colorado SOS (along with a host of other Dem SOSs) declare that based on the final judgment of the COSC, Trump will be excluded from the ballot. Biden (or Democrat nominee) and lesser qualifying candidates will be the only ones in the ballot. Others (like Maine) follow suit.
By the time the SCOTUS can do anything (remember, its regular term does not begin until the 1st Monday in October - and this would be "too important" for a "shadow docket" ruling), millions of ballots in multiple states without Trump have already been mailed out.
What happens to those states? Will the SCOTUS find their votes invalid? Order new votes? Delay the election or Electoral vote certification?
Going deeper, imagine the outrage about all of this results in BOTH houses of Congress going to the GOP. The NEW Congress is the one that certifies the Electoral votes. They would be completely justified in refusing to certify the votes of those states, or awarding the Electoral votes to Biden (or the Democrat candidate).
Considering these possibilities, the SCOTUS needs to step in and shut this down now.

Epstein and his kids were illegally adopted. Almost every fricking person in Washington is blackmailed.

Everyone of our leaders have a price, and when everyone has a price, no one works for us.
Because everyone has a price, nothing is sacred.
Trump is the closest one to not having a price, because he can’t be bought, which is why he should lead.

This is true. Same with the potential immunity issue in the DC case, which is why I was shocked so many Trump supporters opposed trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Which surely has something, everything, to do with the unprecedented, hysterical, desperate way that they’re fighting him. Probably not mere coincidence.

This new Roberts dude is a big pussy. Same as all the others. Oh cool, he loves God so I am supposed to say he is wonderful and doing an amazing job. He’s not. I think he sucks
EDIT:
Oops - I was thinking of Johnson. Always get Johnson’s and Roberts mixed up in real life. Sorry folks

Procedurally, do they have the power to proactively pursue an issue without someone first bringing it to them?

Yeah the tyrannical government is gonna do something just because the corrupt court tells them to

Roberta will find a way to punt or make the situation even less clear. He always does.
He could have made Obamacare a distant left wing pipe dream - but he didn’t. Not bc it made sense, but bc it was the easy way out.
He could, excuse me SHOULD, have solved this entire election problem with Texas v Pennsylvania in Dec 2020 - but he didn’t. Because he wanted the easy way out.
He could have found, fired and recommended disbarment for the Roe leaker. But he didn’t. Because that would be too controversial.
He has no consistent judicial philosophy aside from trying to avoid controversy.
Don’t get your hopes up.
Trump just needs to sue in Maine and lose and then go up there. The Colorado thing would be too discretionary

Uh...why?
Colorado actually had a trial and some due process for findings of fact, using actual state election law as a backbone (opening up potential Federalism issues with current USSC state election law and the 14A).
If you actually want the possibility for a ruling with any actual discussion of the merits in the law then I don't see why you'd ever think the Maine case gives you a better opponent than the Colorado case. They're way too many ways for them to just get rid of the main case without even touching the merits or the 14th.
I think ultimately they say Congress has to clarify this but also nuke the Colorado opinion by saying this clause doesn't apply to the President.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court "raped a lot of children" and that didn't get brought up in his confirmation hearings?

Confirmation hearings are a tv show
