How to clean extremely burned on thick mess from stainless sauce pan?

Wife made some smell good concoction out of cranberries and oranges and spices to heat up on the stove for Christmas. Well we left the fire on it after it reduced and now the remnants are burnt on bad.
I’ve tried scrubbing, scraping, boiling baking soda and water (this actually cleaned the sides) but the bottom is still thick and apparently impenetrable.
Any thoughts on how to clean this?

As another poster said, oven cleaner. That’ll remove seasoning from cast iron, so your cranberry concoction won’t be any problem.

Ball up some aluminum foil - between the size of golf ball and a baseball.
Make a paste out of baking soda and water in the bottom of the pan.
Rub the bottom with the foil ball.

Soak in Coca-Cola overnight. Trust me it works.

Barkeepers Friend would be my recommendation too. Wet the bottom of the pan and sprinkle a deep layer, then let it sit overnight.
Oven cleaner should work too.
Soaking in coke sounds interesting.

I would use oxi-clean powder and water, warm on stove, and soak overnight.

A good bit of salt, a little olive oil with a splash or two of water.
I save the nets lemons come in, bunch them up, and use them up to scrub the pot or pan.
I’m not cheap.
I’m thrifty.

Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser Powder.

Ammonia or sodium hydroxide drain cleaner mixed 50/50 with water should do the trick. There a product called carbon off that will for sure remove it but it's kind of pricey, Amazon or restaurant supply places usually carry it.

Rock salt works as well.
Also, bar keepers friend.

I see the problem here

Heat that up. Throw it in the yard. Buy a new one. Lesson learned
