Could they turn the dorm rooms into motel rooms so alumni attending could spend night at site instead of driving to BR motel rooms?

Asbestos
Lead paint
Small rooms
Low ceilings
Concrete structure

All add up to make renovations very expensive.

The Roman style is superiors. That’s why Sugar Bowl stadium could seat 110,000 comfortably.

As I recall the idea was floated years ago to make use of them in some fashion but it was decided cost to renovate them wasn't worth it vs just tearing them out and having free use of that space for development.

LED lights are way past due so maybe check into something more modern.

need to rehab the concourses and bathrooms badly
concession lines block concourses
bathroom entrances are very small and hard to get in and out of

It already stopped then.

The costs of the project were too high.

If you can pay a head coach 17 million not to coach.

You can do something with the old dorms...

LSU needs to step it up ...

Developers will build the Hotels...and restaurants...

Work a deal out...

I have to agree with that. The South did not have the same architecture as the N,E and W. However, the current reconstruction looks like a kids lego toy.

You are correct on the first two, but the rooms in North Stadium were huge, and there was no issue with the ceiling or concrete. The old windows were an issue. I pissed out of them many times.

Real upgrades are easy to read Scoreboards, Chairbacks, Corridors, Bathrooms, and a Sound systems that more then a Huge JamBox/Scoreboard.

Led lights are a Cheap and Weak add-on to the Stadium
