If you don’t want to support my kid’s run toward the majors then just don’t. No need to cry about it.

Big time jealous. He was a little sally bitch boy in school who couldn’t make any teams.

What’s worse is when they prostitute their stars out to stand in the street with buckets. Wash cars like the rest of us.

If a college has to beg donors to give money to NIL... You shouldn't play major sports

Lady we know in town does this with her six year old daughter’s competitive cheer. She posts a diagram of the cheer uniform and she asks for people to pick an item of the uniform to buy for them. Tacky stuff.

I don't mind the cash raffles and fantasy football cards and whatnot. I don't like the $34 containers of popcorn etc

It’s a beautiful thing. Not quite as beautiful as Daxtenn’s swing, but it’s close.

Agree 100%. I’ve coached “tournament” ball teams and my kids have played on other teams. My teams never did a fundraiser.

When the other teams my kids played on do these things, I just pay whatever they expected to make if my kid participated.

To me, it’s not like allstars when the kids have the towns name on the jersey. Pay for it yourself if you want your kid to play, imo.

As a travel ball dad, I agree. I prefer to just pay out of pocket and hate asking friends/family to donate to a decision my son and I made.

Why do they need 3 or 4 fundraisers per year?
