The reason he gave him such a big and long contract was to give him time because he thought he could really build something at Lsu however, it appears he cannot recruit very well and does not have much NIL money to work with

Wade never quit on LSU, our administration fired him
He did do some dumb shite to get fired, irregardless if it’s “legal” now.
This decision was to keep the NCAA off of football. Time to move on.

There I sit in that pic right behind Jerome Tang hoping he’s my coach to start 25’ season.

Yall are idiots. Do you think Woodward wanted to fire Wade?

What a bunch of losers you are. I remember when we had actual LSU fans. I've sat in the rain during the curly hallman years. I went to the games during Trent and Johnny years. I'll continue to go to the Mcmahon games and cheer for THE TIGERS. It's amazing just how stupid most of you are. He ain't going anywhere after 2 seasons. He will get the opportunity to show what this team can do with Cook at PG adend he will get the opportunity to get his 2024 class signed. Now you nut sucking butt hurt Wade fans can pretend you are LSU fans but you're not. Wade is gone. Period. Whether you agree or disagree with his firing is another matter all together. I would have loved for him to stay but the AD saw it differently and not one of you can guarantee anything about whether the football team would have been affected. YOU. DON"T. KNOW. The NCAA had it out for Wade, that we know. If you don't want to support the team then fine. Don't go and don't watch but quit acting like you are doing this because you care. This is strictly out of anger over Wade firing and 2 years later means you have serious obsessive mental issues. And I could give you a 4 page breakdown of how this out of control inflation has affected everything the last 2 years but that would be over your very small heads.

Damn, the McMen are having a really hard time.

They’re all going to the women’s basketball games instead.

I am neither a Mcmahon guy or a Wade guy. I'm an LSU guy. Seems like your obsession with men is very telling.

I just typed LSU basketball in a Google search to see what day we play next.
The women's information came up.

McMahon gets 3 years. I think we have a couple of very highly ranked recruits coming for next season. No way we should keep him if year 3 is a bust.

I also agree. He's here for 3 years. If he gets his recruits and gives the same results THEN you have a case to remove him. Until then actually be an LSU fan and hope he does turn it around instead of being the butt hurt Wade bitches you have been the last 2 years.

Why does McMahon need 3 years to "turn around LSU basketball", a program coming off of 5 straight postseason appearances (4 NCAAT in a row if not for Covid)?
Will Wade turned around an awful McNeese State program and is selling out their arena 12 games into his first season.

I miss that guy, can he come back to Lsu?? Well Booby petrino came back to AreKansas so why cant WW come back to LSU

I love how everyone in these Wade threads just assumes he would happily come back to play for the school that fired him instead of any other team that will come calling

The only positive during the McMediocre Era is that it's easy for friends and family to spot you on TV.

Maybe Mcmahon isn't Wade. Duh. Wade is very good at marketing, no doubt about it but let's be real, There ain't crap to do in Lake Charles so going to a basketball game is probably high up there. If Mcmahon can start winning some games he's not supposed to then that will have a positive affect but it would be a lot more probable if LSU fans were there to support them. I get the Nichols loss but I think if Cook is playing that game goes differently as would some of the other losses. You cannot win without a PG. Lets see what he does with Cook running the show for a change. I'm not beyond criticizing Mcmahon. He needs to let Dean, Ward and Fountain start. Wright and Ward will benefit with Cook on the floor. Baker, Wilkinson, Reed and Hannibal off the bench.

You’re missing a key figure. Big buddies with Dale, Tate and Woodward, part of the BOS - Collis Temple.

I bet if they scheduled a game against McNeese the seats would fill up.

He not only quit on LSU, he quit on his players. Our admins gave him every opportunity to come forward but he chose to lawyer up and plead the fifth. Knowing full well what the consequences would be.
