Here’s what I’ll say. It’s been 4 days since the IST.
4 days isn’t a lot of time, but for a professional athlete who was looking that out of shape it’s actually enough time to see some change if he’s actually been eating right and taking his conditioning seriously the last few days.

Stephen A now says he talked to Zion’s stepdad this morning and had a good conversation, and he was coming from a place of “love” and blames his comments on the people of New Orleans.

There was nothing wrong with what SAS said there. He stuck to his original comments without crawfishing. He's not "blaming" the people of New Orleans. He simply said that's where he heard some of the comments. He put it right back on Zion to change that narrative.

Constructive criticism by guys like JJ, Chuck and Shaq based on observations such as not running back, no energy through the game thats fine. They’re not making fun of him- they’re giving actual harsh advice which he needs. Thats not the same as making fat jokes.
SAS is talking about quotes from anybody in nola saying shite like he can eat a table. Thats like hes quoting a random fan in nola and then making it seem like its a legit quote and then he just keeps calling him “fat.” That is remotely not the same. Why calling SAS even a journalist is a joke. Hes just a talking head looking for attention who has no idea what it takes to train as a professional athlete.
