Staff evaluations are this week

Kelly mentioned early last week that the first week after the regular season (two weeks ago) was player evaluations, last week was recruiting, this week is, supposedly, staff evaluations. If House isn't fired by Friday at 4pm CT, I honestly might be shitting myself. This is especially the case if we see other certain position coaches fall off, but not Matt. God, I'm nervous.

Why would they fire any staff before early signing day unless they have other coaches in place?

Early signing day is December 20, and then there's the bowl. I'd be surprised if anything happened before those.

Because purely the act of firing House will attract more recruits on the spot. If we fire House, I imagine we would have two five stars sign with us completely out of thin air

Will Coach Jenkins be returning? We seemed to improve dramatically after he showed up. I mean, we still sucked, but we appeared to suck quite a bit less. Not exactly a ringing endorsement I know, but hey, I'm looking for positives here ....

Kelly has already come out and basically said that there won't be any official changes until after Early Signing Day. I disagree with his method, but it's not our call.
Staff changes should have happened immediately after A&M so that the new coaches could hit the road and be openly recruiting.

Meh, Saban replaced both coordinators and didn't do so until January of last year.
Pretty sure Brian Polian was reassigned late as well.

LSU just had objectively one of the worst Defensive seasons in their history.
Possible worse than Malveto, Pelini or even Tepper. That's how bad it was.

No recruiting is the name of the game this week, when that is done then the staff evaluations will take place. Kelly plainly stated in a recent interview that the coaching staff would be fulfilling their job requirements until recruiting went dead (meaning the onset of the dead period prior to signing day which begins at 12:00 am on the Monday prior to signing day).
Patience, it is highly probable that your blood lust for the heads of coaches will be forthcoming.

CBKs system means that CBK hires all of the position coaches. House wasn’t responsible for crap secondary coaching or the DL hire… he ain’t getting fired.
