So much for that theory.

How old are you and how long was your longest relationship to a quality woman who pushed for marriage? And I'm not talking some broad you met off Tinder. I'm talking about a high character, attractive, well-rounded, intelligent woman with options.

Most women have zero concept of right and wrong.

Yeah they do, they just don't care.
Honor & Integrity are male traits.
That's why men would rather face almost certain death charging Omaha Beach than to face the shame of being a coward.
The only time you will see a woman risk her life is for her child, maybe.

It would take an attempted murder for me to leave my wife. My kids are awesome and I want to be with them more than I want my own pride. Secondarily, divorce would be a scenario of mutually assured financial destruction for my wife and I.

Would you still sleep in the same bed & have sex with your cheating slut diseased wife?
Or would you just go without for the rest of your life?
Or cheat to get some?

A pretty pathetic existence regardless the path you choose.

Sad

I’ve seen many marriages survive infidelity. Takes forgiveness and time, but many times there is more to the story. It’s also the same when a spouse has other problems like alcoholism. Do you stay and help them recover?

This. All circumstances aren’t black and white.

I did it and it was 100% because of my kids.

Did you sleep in the same bed with her? Did you continue to frick her? Did you act loving, gentle, and caring towards her around your kids>?

If so, HOW??? Knowing she'd been with another man???

I know you love your kids, but damn man.

It was a pretty awkward time to say the least. I tried to move and forgive her. We did break up during the whole incident but we ended up getting back together. The think was I never really trusted her again, which was the real downfall of her marriage.
I ended up cheating on her and getting the other girl pregnant. We are now happily married.

I dont know what I would do. Would probably depend on the circumstances. like a friend or someone in our circle or something like that would definitely be hard to forgive. everyone has desires and a moment of weakness is something I could probably overlook. IMO no single person can provide all of the experiences or sexual desires that a person wants or would like to experience.

So, in retrospect, was it the right thing to do in regards to the kids? Do you think they were negatively affected by it? Do you think they sensed that things were not right between you? AND, since you ended up cheating on her, do you think they now see YOU as the bad guy? Did your sticking around only to later cheat and divorce undermine all that you were trying to do by staying?

Sounds like you should have cut bait when you were the victim and she was the whore...
