The one request I have as a Tiger fan in Texas is that LSU plays a road game at one of the following every season.

Austin, College Station, Norman.

These are very close trips for LSU fans in the lone star state and will always draw a ton of visiting fans. Plus just the matchups in general are relevant in the region. There’s a lot of interaction in the state of TX between LSU fans with OU Texas and A&M fans. Need these matchups.

It’s much easier for us to get to Austin CS or Norman than it is to get to BR. One more chance for us to see our tigers in person is important.

Norman is not close to Baton Rouge.

OK, I’m sure the SEC will take you into consideration.

You want to argue the fact that majority of the out of state LSU fans reside in Texas?

Name a state that has more LSU fans outside of LA

Yes let me live my entire life around 5 Saturdays a year. Settle for less just to enjoy home LSU games. Makes perfect sense.

We have failed to sellout our small allotment of tickets to the Aggie game every other year.

Neither is Omaha but it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

All LSU fans live in Baton Rouge? Interesting.

And Norman is relatively close to Louisiana.

Remind me again where a majority of the population in Texas resides? It’s certainly not in between San Antonio and El Paso

It doesn’t matter who we play.
It’s the Thanksgiving game.

We don’t sell out at home either.

It’s always been on thanksgiving weekend and has never had real conference standings implications. I really think it being in October will be a different story.

Austin isn't all that close either relatively speaking, further than the Mississippi and Alabama schools.

Edit- Misread part about being in Texas.

You need to research this before you post! Dallas is 1.2 million and Houston is 7.2 million. So I believe the majority of the population live in Houston and west to San Antonio…
