The federal jury did find them not guilty of this.

It doesn't appear that a single eye witness identified them as the people at the scene. They identified a man with dreadlocks and neither had them at any time.


I'd really like to get the Prosecutions perspective and the Judge's reasoning to get a better view of the "real" story.

There was absolutely zero evidence that they killed anyone, which is why they were acquitted.

Jury found them not guilty of the murder charges. Could be a case of jury nullification, but still the result of the trial is a not guilty verdict.

In our system that decision should be sacrosanct whether the judge likes it or not.
