Why isn't Nikki Haley considered disloyal?

We have heard Trump and his online team repeatedly refer to Desantis as "disloyal", and that is repeated quite often on here.
Desantis has never at any point worked for Donald Trump, in any capacity.
However, Nikki Haley was literally a member of his administration.
Never once have I seen Trump refer to her as "disloyal" or any of the online hoard.
Can anyone explain this cognitive dissonance?

Maybe he feels like she had a big name before working for him . Trump raised Desantis career up drastically backing him for Florida governor. Desantis is also trying to be more like Trump while Haley is not hiding her Rhino colors like Desantis.

As far as I know she hasn't ever dished dirt from her time serving in his administration, or supported the January 6 nonsense. I don't like her, but she hasn't been disloyal in the way that, say, Mike Pence was.

What evidence do you have to support this, that it had any substantial impact on him winning Governor? (because there is a substantial amount of evidence because of the Blue Wave that year and Trump's other endorsements, that it hurt him)
If someone gives you an endorsement (and later admits they didn't even know who you were and just said ok with no basis), can you NEVER run against them, forever?

Desantis hasn't done any of that either. He is called disloyal for simply running even though he has never worked for Trump.
Haley is doing the exact same thing, ACTUALLY worked directly for him, but does not get the branding.
