Looking for ideas
So far this year I've done burgers, pork tenderloin, steak, and drunk chickens.

squid ravioli in a lemon grass broth with goat cheese profiteroles, along with swordfish meatloaf with onion marmalade, rare roasted partridge breast in raspberry coulis with a sorrel timbale.

I saw some beautiful lamb racks at Sam's but they are from NZ. American lamb is a lot milder, Calandro's is my usual source. Where do you buy yours?
