I'm sure we will bankroll the rebuilding of both Ukraine and Gaza too.

I find it hard to believe the tally is that high - sounds like BS to convince the taxpayer to feel good about sending more of our money to Israel.

Re: the subject of American aid and assistance:

I know they gonna think I’m “simping” for Israel here (is that a thing, simping? What does it even mean? It felt right in that moment), but I don’t believe it’s comparable to the Ukraine situation. Israel is more self sufficient in this regard. Now, do I have my receipts to show for that assertion? Nope, talking right outta my arse, although I still think it’s correct, more or less, give or take a few.

Now as far as “humanitarian aid,” we throwing some dough at them on that. Technically speaking. Again, no receipts, talking out of arse but feel good about it.

Maybe there’s a cost estimate component that factors into what they’ve predicted will be necessary to achieve a certain “goal”. Which if said “goal” is along the lines of scrubbing the countryside clean of dirt and debris and Hamas, as well as perhaps a rebuilding component for the remaining Palestinians of Gaza…..now that might be a scenario that could make sense of those figures.
