Never can do it in clutch time when the game is on the line!

Say bro, why didn't you post your game thoughts from the Friday and Tuesday games?

Yeah, bro. BI is so clutch. I think he’s Kobe or Jordan sometimes….

He has made game winning shots in the past and will again. I am more annoyed he didn't use his gravity to set up Hawkins or Ryan in the 4th.

Also no one with a sound mind is comparing BI to Jordan or Kobe but those guys missed a lot of game winners too.

The offense stalled in the 4th bc we stopped moving the ball.

Would you say the one-handed shot off the backboard with a defender in his face and the shot clock at 1 was clutch? Without that we aren't even getting the opportunity to win it at the buzzer.

The Jordan and Kobe reference was a joke. But he’s not clutch. He never has and never will be. People are so short minded and can only compute the last game or two. When the team needs him the most, he shrinks away and disappears in general. He’s not the Alpha that the team needs.

or you can say with that missed FT we lost the game. See what I did? I'm upset he didn't use his gravity like someone else said earlier. He went totally ISO and Willie did nothing to correct it.

Can we institute temp bans for people on this board who drop a blazing hot pile of dogshit take and then backtrack it later with “I was joking bro…” ?

I’m not mad at Ingram here, other than the fact that we reverted back to 10+ dribbles in crunch time. He got a good look and he missed it. Oh well. The greats have all done that too. I am more upset that our 23 year old star with top trainers and chefs and coaching staffs needs a day rest on a segababa when my old fat arse can play pickup games for 9 hours straight and want to keep going. If Z is in this game we win by 10+.

Edit: phone typo correction

Sorry if you can’t grasp sarcasm. Point still stands. BI is not clutch. He’s a nice piece and I’m glad he’s on the team but if you expect him to carry you in the 4th like some of the stars in today’s game, he’s not that.

You mean the offensive set with zero ball movement when BI bumbled around a while before attempting an impossible shot that he accidentally banked in? It’s not the hero moment you think it was.

It's a made shot in crunch time. I don't really care how it went in. Unfortunate that he couldn't hit a second one. Everyone knew the ball was going to KAT on the Wolves' possession and there was "zero ball movement."

He missed a contested and hurried midrange jumper in the closing seconds. That doesn’t make him a choker. Thats happened to pretty much every player at one time or another.

This is such an embarrassingly bad take. Rightly or wrongly we tried to force feed BI at the end. There were several possessions where he gave up the ball and guys immediately just looked to get it back to him. We stopped moving and we stopped trying to do anything else with anybody else. This “all he did was iso ball” is BS. We as a team said you have to win or lose it for us. Exactly what we did in Houston (which was even worse because we had Zion there as well).

I think the players should have cut more but star ISO ball at the end of games is very common when defenses get a bit tighter. I mean the wolves did the same thing- they isolated with KAT and he beat Dyson. Its what most teams do. BI just missed the game winner.

the last thing we need on here is for the mods to flex their muscles and try to do to much. Just ignore the posts. You see the thread titles. You know what it’s going to be about

Also, some time back I saw an analyst. Talking about Kobe being clutch or not. Compared him to Jordan, surprisingly they both weren't as good as you might think. Jordan was just above average Kobe wasn't close. Think it was based on the last 2 minutes %, Been a while take it with a grain.
