Cats aren’t for outdoors if you live in a neighborhood. You just live in a trashy neighborhood.

I’m a both cat and dog person, but when I lived up north and it was snowing and 20 below 0, I was very to happy to only have a cat who exercised himself up and down the stairs and shite and peed in an easily cleanable box.

I still have him, and he comes when I call him, plays fetch, and greets me when I come home. He even greets visitors to my house kinda like a dog. 0 vet bills after he got neutered as a kitten (indoor only, so doesn’t need rabies tags). He’s an absolute angel kitty about using a scratching post and doesn’t tear up my furniture. Best pet I’ve ever had. When he goes (hopefully not for a very, very long time), I’ll probably get a dog since 20 below 0 is no longer a concern since I returned to God’s country. I’m thinking a perfect cat like I have right now is probably a once in a lifetime cat.

The way it works in my house.

Lab and my female cat love me.
In the winter they both jump on the bed and it’s like a personal heater.

My 30lb baby is the ring leader and he my wives big fur baby. He jumps on her and tries to need. When it cold he snuggles with her. They do fight as he does meow back at her and it goes on for a few minutes.

Play play time, wants to be brushed every morning and night, or food he wants me. He grabs his ball, comes to me, and puts his ball at my feet as he wants me to play fetch. He sits infront of the drawer with his brush and meows when he wants to be brushed. Food he also sits infront of his food bowl and if I don’t come he meows loud.

Big thing they all need exercise and play time. They all take time out of your day to play or they keep you up at night.

There are some big kitties on trail cams doing that exact thing.

No. Cat people are trashy and some live in my neighborhood.

But let’s just say the cat population is on the decline thanks to their irresponsibility.
