Just curious, but if there wasn't a will, shouldn't the estate be settled in probate? It's not the best case as the gov't gets involved with the distribution and settlement, but without a will declaring what to do with the assets and funds of the estate, I thought that's when probate was applicable.

2014 Ohio State probably wanted JT Barrett back also, as they weren't the same team without him. Seemed to work out ok with Cardale Jones though..... GIVEN THE CHANCE

Juban's (the old restaurant 83-early 00s) was a family restaurant, operated to make you feel welcomed and your experience to be special. That's what it was originally created to be by the people that opened it. Even working there felt like a family. Expansion and different "philosophies" changed that in the 10s. Now it was overhauled and brought in a new direction. Neither one will ever be what it was, what you grew up with.
