How about we fire the idiot the scheduled the stupidity? While everyone else in SEC gets a cream puff win , a better ranking and better bowl, LSU who already has a difficult schedule, has cold water thrown on it ‘s season before it starts. LSU already plays double the number of top 25 teams and a difficult SEC schedule so let’s be a dumba$$ and unilaterally make it even more difficult.

Mizzou who LSU beat, is going to a New Years SIx bowl because it played cream puff non confeeence opponents.

I bet if our admistration had to pay their own travel costs and had to attend this bull crap rather than watch their children play football at Notre Dame and Auburn, their attitude would change. And please don’t tell me LSU enjoy these trips. They sure didn’t show up in Orlando for season opener.

Jayden had growing pains as a fourth year starter and lost the opener. Burrow had growing pains as a first year starter in his fourth year of college. So yes Nuss likely will too despite 2 years not 3 into Kelly's system as a backup getting very little actual experience.

Kelly hasn’t been here four years and didn’t make the schedule.

I'm just sick of LSU starting their season at neutral sites against P5 teams. This needs to immediately stop.

Not playing a big out of conference game in the opener because we're worried about starting off 0-1 is another example of the pussification of some our fans.

Not If, When! So far Kelly has not shown the ability to put a team on the field that is ready to play Week 1. I wish we had a Bye on Week 1!

So, if Kelly loses to USC he should be fired, regardless of how the rest of the season pans out? Makes me wonder where we get fanatics who make posts like this…

Yo Pelican head you should be fired from this board immediately for your asinine post. If anyone at LSU should be fired is the a hole who constantly schedules these first games. Yet another fast food football fan who would change out coaches daily like used underwear. You do change out your underwear at least weekly right?

I agree to the thought of not playing those difficult neutral site games to start the year. Schedule is hard enough without them.

4 team playoff I hate it, 12 team I like it.

Agree. Why start off with a rent a win.

Two years ago fans were bitching because Fl St started with a "rent a win" and we started with a tough opponent.

1:10 in the morning? The game is 10 months away?... I wish you peace and perseverance at the same time.

I get it, looking ahead can be frustrating when there's still plenty of this season left. Let's stay in the moment and support the team for the remaining games.

Good offense vs our defense isn't shaping up to great.

am pretty sick of starting the season 0-1. Watching the scores roll by on the ticker and every other big name is 1-0 because they played some BS directional School while we rolled the dice with a top 10 caliber team. It always feels like the season is over before it's even begun.

You ain’t wrong.
And even when you win those (starting against top team), as the season goes it doesn’t get as much respect.

I dont feel that way at all, I know that if you win your games it does not matter. We are not in the AAC or such. Just win baby. That loss to Ole Miss was a kick in the nuts.
