"I grew up where conduct spoke louder than words," Judge Gary Libey said.

Judge orders that WSU and OSU will be the only two governing members of the Pac-12 board. Provides that the other 10 schools are allowed discussion and comments, but not votes.

This could get interesting and potentially hilarious.

Sure this will be appealed

A lot of conference money headed to Oregon St and Washington St...well deserved and frick the other schools for trying to hang onto every penny while fleeing the conference.

They can just change conf champ rules so “4th and 6th place teams play for CCG”, right?

They should make all members leaving the conference ineligible for the PAC-12 championship game.

It will be appealed but the other 10 schools don’t have a leg to stand on. The conference bylaws literally state that a school looks its vote when it notifies the conference that they are leaving. Not only that but the PAC 12-2 enacted that policy when USC/UCLA announced they were leaving.

Yeah, this is not the end of it.

He's a Superior Court judge in a town of 3,000 people and he graduated from Wazzu.

Feels like a missed opportunity if we don’t rename the conference 2Pac

It can be appealed but the actions of the other teams between USC and UCLA announcing they were leaving then Colorado et all doing so is consistent with this ruling.

The second a school announced they were leaving, they forfeited their voting rights. This is just taking it to the logical extension of that precedent.

I'm thinking PAC-12 should go super regional. Within driving distance.

Washington St.
Oregon St.
Boise St.
Idaho
Utah
Utah St.

a few California schools. nothing serious.
