Speaking of AIC Unplugged,there is a part in Down in a Hole where Layne stops signing his verse, and all you can hear is Jerry, Layne cracks a brief shite eating grin. Probably an inside joke since Layne encouraged a once reluctant Jerry to pursue singing..

How in the world has the Everly Brothers not been mentioned? They inspired pretty much everybody.

I left them off b/c Byrds/Hollies was more egregious to me



And they used 3 or more voices

Assholes can nitpick with the Everlys weren't a band loophole

kinda covered with the kudos to CSN . Crosby always found that one interesting, unexpected note in the chord for harmony
