BI is so fricking not clutch. He’s the AROD of stat padding. He has zero dog in him. Zion has some dog in him but he’s one dimensional which the NBA has figured out so he sucks. These two clowns are not the answer.

If Zion and BI can't beat the Rockets, we have problems.

The Rockets have won 4 in a row now. FVV makes them a much better team than they were last season.

And it's always hard to win on the road.

There aren't any good losses, but this one isn't particularly bad.

We were up 100-95 with under two minutes to go and didn't make another field goal the rest of the way.

Context matters.

Tell me BI didn’t shrink just like he did in every clutch game last season. He’s not a winner.

Figured out Zion put up 24 and 8 on 50% shooting. Calm down

This is true but it is the way we lost. Willie has learned nothing in his time here and yet again, went the last four minutes playing ISO with BI and, yet again, it failed. That is why I'm pissed - the way we lost.

There are times when the refs are excuses

And then there was tonight

The refs and their inability to call foul #6 on Brooks when he was blatantly committing them repeatedly lost us this game

Absolutely. Not having two of your best shooters available in an end of the game situation like that did hurt us.

Agreed. We are built around two stars - BI and Zion. Both guys are now in their functional prime. If that duo is good enough to win a title, it beats the rockets when healthy.

Hawkins continues to be a real revelation to start the season and that is a real silver lining.

I think this team needs to move Ingram and Jonas. If we could upgrade C and slide Trey into Ingrams spot I think we could be pretty good.

No idea what player would even work on that scenario though.

This loss is on coaching. Not sure why they insisted on going at Brooks when he owns Ingram.

We needed CJ here at the end. His IQ would have won the game. Dyson had great game but shouldn’t be handling in clutch. Plus JV is an idiot.
