Democrat Rep. Suggests Black Voters are ‘Too Dumb’ to Understand Political Affairs

Gateway Pundit
The poll suggested that, if an election were held today, former President Donald Trump would defeat Joe Biden, securing over 300 electoral votes. Data shows a significant shift of support from Black voters toward Trump. This support now stands at 22 percent for Trump, a figure that no Republican has seen in modern presidential politics.
However, instead of reflecting on why such a shift might be occurring or considering what the Democratic Party could do to regain trust, Rep. Crockett’s response appeared to belittle the intelligence of Black voters. She said:
“Here’s the deal. Perception is reality.
And so when you look at the data that was provided in this poll, it talks about how people feel and when people decide whether they’re going to the poll or whether they’re not going to the poll, it’s all about how you feel in that moment. And so while the facts may not align with their feelings, their feelings are dictating their reality. Their reality is that they said that they feel better or they felt better when Trump was in office. But we’ve been trying to push back.
We’ve got some very popular African-American artists that are out here saying things like, “Oh, I got checks when Trump was in office. I want those checks again,” not understanding that really came from Congress.
So we’ve got a couple of things the perception issue, and then we also have an issue as it relates to civics in this country and people not understanding exactly how any of this works.”
Crockett is suggesting that Black voters might be making decisions based on misperceptions or a lack of understanding of the political process.

Orange is the new black.
Just like Biden’s “you ain’t black” comment running up to the last election, Crockett’s opinion reveals a little insight to how Dems really regard their long-time dependable block.

Democrats when Trump running for office:
“Trump’s tax policies didn’t work!!!! It ran up the deficit!!!
Also democrats when Trump running for office:
“The money came from us in Congress!! We sent it!! We did it!!!”

All Democrats see black people as pets.

Maybe if we’d stop replacing classes like Civics with things like social justice classes, they might be more informed.

Where has this happened? Specifically.

She's stupid to start her explanation with that statement. Perception is NOT reality. If someone perceives something a certain way, that doesn't make it real.
So if she'd have said, "Perception is reality to stupid people" the statement would have been true.

I think in general most public schools have drifted away from old school civics courses to more DEI based crap over the past 20 years.

Democrats have always believed this. They count on it.

Yes and no.
All of the efforts by the MSM has been to cultivate a version of reality that affirms things like:
"White supremacy is our greatest threat"
"George Floyd was murdered"
"Trump is a racist"
"White privilege"
The idea is to push a message until it becomes real to them. Once accomplished, the narrative takes on a life of its own and perceptions BECOME reality.
And that is where the danger lies. You see, the Democrat Rep. is telling the truth. Political Affairs are rarely about honesty. It's about creating and exacerbating drama to instill, Fear. Uncertainty. Doubt. Once in the grips of propaganda, even intelligent people will eschew their better senses and follow the herd.
Those that don't are labeled conspiracy theorists and crackpots. They are maligned and heckled as, "anti-science, anti-truthers, anti-vaxxers, etc."
It's a difficult thing to counter, but thankfully people like, Elon Musk are out there allowing contrary voices to be heard. Little by little, the left is starting to lose the culture war.

A functioning, effective GOP would be playing this non stop in black communities.

Atleast this time it wasn’t a middle aged liberal white woman or man telling them they’re too dumb to do anything on their own. I’m sure their thinking is “if it comes out of a black mouth, maybe they’ll listen.” Kind of like football signing day, I won’t believe Blexit until it happens.

The majority of them will only believe what a Democrat tells them. Ignorance has kept this race from evolving like other races and the coddling from the evil Democrats has cultivated acceptance to a culture of violence and wrongdoing.
Too bad the good people of this race are joined to the hip with the bad element in many cases.

LOL....one day people will quit saying this....if he got 10% it would be shocking. Black people have been brainwashed for the better part of 2 generations that dems are the only way. I dont care how many social media outliers you find.
Free stuff trumps all.
