I’m here in Nashville and was listening to Blaine on the radio, he’s was the Titans safety back in the day for those who may not know, anyway he said he thought is was a dirty play and there was definitely intent to hurt him with that kind of hit, he said that’s how they taught them back then when your trying to take somebody out. Just thought I’d share his opinion on it. I hope Jayden recovers well and geaux tigers.

Oh it was absolutely dirty with the intent of injury. if someone can't see that then they don't want to see it. Shame on the filthy arse SEC..

That hit should not have changed this rivalry.

But it did.

Not at least reviewing that play in 2023 is a travesty.

Josh Pate can have a shite take while Blaine Bishop has the correct one.

That hit is why I like the NHL. That play never happens in the NHL because there would be hell to pay. Not having a retaliatory option results in far more incidents and injuries.

We should return the favor to their quarterback next year when they come to Tiger Stadium!

Well no shite it was intentional. Won’t be the last LSU QB they will head hunt. The SEC cheers this on and promotes it.

Side note: I can't take anyone seriously who wears a white T-shirt to work, I get it, bring your hard hat to work. But it's been a few years now and time to upgrade.

Aaaaaand, we have a winner. Obvious dirty play is obvious, and was intentional to boot. I don't give a rat's arse if that's "how they taught and played the position" back in the good old days. That's not how the game is played now, and truly good players don't need to be thugs to outmatch their opponent.

So, for anyone interested, I nominate Dallas Turner for this year's "Suh/Fairley/Ramsey Thug a-hole of the Year" award.

Personally, I like his opinions and he really hasn't been wrong about LSU since he became a voice in CFB

But I would love to watch him breakdown and analyze the Devin White and Dallas Turner plays, compare and contrast, with the resulting outcomes of each

I would hang up and listen, because honestly, there would be nothing for him to say. And I was fully aware that Alabama was going to win this game, so much so that I made a rare online wager on AL.

And full disclosure that these type of situations more likely favor the team in the best position to make money for the conference. The officials on the field don't decide these things.

What would be the point of that? He would probably say that Devin White's hit wasn't targeting and he shouldn't have been called for it.

This is now the second time our spineless OL stands and watches their QB get demolished or manhandled(SECCG). They should all be fricking embarrassed!
