I could understand if Maldonado was able to get France through the previous inning, but he was as worthless behind the plate as he is in the batters box.

If Neris could empty and throw you 25-30 pitches why not deploy him after you get it back to a 2 run lead? Who cares about the traditional roles the 4th was the most important inning of the game with the uncertainty of your bridge guys.

Does anyone trust Crane to do want needs to be done. Some hard choices need to be made this offseason. Outside of letting Dusty walk. That should be easy
