Got him now? Which case did she appear in on Trump’s behalf. He just said she was conflicted out. He may have wanted her, and thought she would be his attorney, but she never represented him.

Was she his actual lawyer - it doesn’t look like it.
It looks as though she was 100% assisting his actual lawyers though.

-Celebrated when a Republican lost the Colorado Senate race
-Said Cuomo and Newsom handled COVID better than DeSantis

There must be a court filing to add “An Attorney of Record” on a case otherwise, it’s not official. That would be on the docket listed on whatever cases were filed. Easy to verify

If I recall, there will be issue Lawyers will be facing as a lot of "legal strategy spit balling" is being put on the stand as showing intent to commit a crime. Bad precedent being set here.
Even businessmen will have issues too. As sometimes, which I'm sure Trump has done all of his life, they spit ball and sometimes it lands in the potentially illegal realm and you try to strategically move it back over the line to make it work financially. Some times stays in the gray and you run with it cause there isn't a firm case saying otherwise.
Problem is that the cat(govt) and mouse(non-govt) game came from different direction where the cat knew the law 100% and when they discovered what the mouse maybe/was doing wrong they sould correct them properly. Seems the cat is now coming in from the same direction as the mouse.
