What the hell is going on? Jeffries was nominated and of course all of Dems are voting for him. There are 1 vote for Scalise, 2 for McCarthy, 2 Others! Jordan is keeping up with Jefferies.

They will keep going until someone gets a majority. If not, there's no speaker.

They don’t want Jim cause he’s MAGA. Democrats and some Republicans who should be over with the Dems, are such children!

Every single time that the RINOs get their shot, the worthless scumbags cannot even come close to leading this country.
Beyond time for a powerful 3rd party. Way beyond.

Last I heard he can only lose 3 votes, so sounds like he's fricked already.

And Gaetz and Jordan are the ringleaders. Thus why they are where they are.

The party voted behind closed doors a majority for Scalise, then a few people hold out and now they nominate the guy that won minority behind closed doors. It's really dumb, of course people are going to refuse to enforce that behavior, as they should, even though those people would have went with Jordan had he won the nomination originally behind closed doors.

Hard to argue.

Who's next.

Jordan was McCarthy's biggest cheerleader before the ouster.

This is the classic example of why traditional GOPers can't lead or govern. When we have the majority, the Dems continue to impose their will in the House even though they are in the minority. It's a shame really. Republicans are more interested in continuing to be invited to cocktail parties and dinners at Capital Grille than govern how their constituents want them to do.

They're letting Jeffries get uncomfortably close to Speaker.

Looks like he's 2 votes short? But Jim Jordan is nowhere near the threshold.
