Ackshually... this is why Brandon had to be the nominee, and why Newsome or some other goofy white frick will be the nominee in '28. The Dem party cannot nominate a member of a "minority" group without pissing off a different minority group and driving down turnout at the polls. Obama was a fake candidate, in many ways. He was able to play the "uplifting, first minority" card while also seeming like a regular ole guy just hanging out in the back yard.

Kamala, Mayor Pete, some of these other higher up members of the alphabet groups, can't even come close to pulling that off and that's why they can't even break 5% in a Dem primary.

Tldr: the party is so fractured they'll have to keep finding super woke white guys to keep everyone coming out to vote.
