Dismissed gun charges, and also handed down a decision to revalue mar a lago at 16 million.

He said the other judge was maga and over valued at 17 million.

You need to read closer. The judge dismissed the original charge that was wrapped up in that fiasco plea deal as a formality. He was recharged in September with 3 counts, one still being the gun charge.

If the basis was the law violated the 2A, I'm OK with it.
