Best way to flush carbs/sugar out?

Just went on vacation. Blew it out and had so much fun.
Tomorrow will be my first day back in the gym and on good food. Is there a quicker way to bounce back or is it just high protein, tons of water, kill it in the gym, deficit?

Just get back on track tomorrow. No need to over think or over do it. You don't get fat or out of shape with a few days of indulging...

Enjoy the short term motivation of "burning it off".

I would even say 10-14 days isn’t too bad.

It also depends on what physical activity you’re doing while indulging yourself.

12,000-14,000 steps a day and indulging is way different than less than 5,000 steps a day and indulging.

fast and drink water.

but better off just enjoying the pumps and extra strength tomorrow at the gym and then it will even out over a week or so.

Fast in the morning. Maybe even do fasted cardio if you can. Your body will squeeze the stored glucose for energy while fasting.

You don't need to fast. Just go low carb for a day or two.

Of course fasting works, but not necessary if that isn't your thing.

By fasting in the morning, I mean just don't eat for a couple hours after you wake up. Let your body use up the glucose stores. I'm not saying fast for days.

Thats what I loved about living in Europe

On the days id eat unhealthy and get drunk id just walk from place to place.
