If we can get the second half defense the rest of the season we win the west.

If not for 2019 Joe Burrow, we’d be losing our minds at how awesome Daniels has been this year, especially after a decade plus of Miles’ offenses.

I’d like to know how these other QB’s who get the Heisman hype rank? Does anyone take the time to look this up?

It’s pretty much Caleb Williams and Michael Penix at the top of all the rankings with JD

Im so happy to have been wrong at the end of last season
He’s taken a massive step forward in his ability to read and get the ball down the field.

the improvement is insane to watch, remember some people saying it was impossible for a 5th year senior to keep improving but-

He was robbed of 2 tds yesterday. The qb sneak where he ended up 4 yards deep in the end zone. And the bad holding call that took away the td when he got popped in the end zone.

He should be a heisman finalist.

Which makes sense for anyone paying attention. But a lot of people won’t have JD up there with those two.

I do recall seeing and hearing that - ALOT! As if development stops at a certain point and a player cannot improve.

And yet some still want Nuss to start.

Relatively speaking, those dudes have complimentary Defensive units and play in a league that has been far less challenging that, say, the SEC for a long, long time…

It's different. Their teams are both unbeaten, and will likely remain so until they meet in the Pac-12 CG, whereas Jayden's team will likely lose two more regular season games.
Now what?

It took USC 3 OTs to beat Arizona. And they barely beat a depleted Colorado team. They aren’t going unbeaten.

So are you saying that USC's defense is as troubled as LSU's?
