Looks like CSP is selling his place in NO.

I guess he has had enough of NO. Realtor.com is reporting what seems to be Sean's penthouse condo at the Four Seasons, is up for sale for just shy of 20M. I say, "seems to be," because the listing does not specify that it is Payton's condo. It does, however, show a picture of a Super Bowl trophy. Draw your own conclusions.
Before you commit to buy it make sure you include the 165K annual property tax, 7K/mo HOA, and 8.5K/mo insurance as additional expenses.It went on the market a few days ago.

Bollinger announced he was selling it because they basically never spent any time at it anymore.

Thanks for advising me on the education requirements for board posting. I ceased my formal professional education a few years ago because of mandatory retirement age restrictions. I guess I haven't kept up with proper msg board protocol. But in my defense I have been away from NO for decades and somehow missed the whole CSP/Bollinger condo business. Life changing information there. But, hey, I get it; you are the smartest guy in the room and are doing a hell of a job as ST msg monitor. Keep up the good work.

Drew and CSP and Zach Strief all still have condos at Four Seasons. As well as Gayle Benson
None of them are penthouses.

When Boysie bought in to the project he invested in the penthouse when it was just a shell.
There’s no doubt he spent 4mm to build it out
