They’ll be empty by the end of the year, but almost all of the tickets are already paid.

The team was booed into the tunnel at halftime. I’m assuming they were booed off the field at the end of the game but we had already left.

If you paid for your tickets already you might as well either use them, sell them or give them away
If you really want to hit them where it hurts stop paying $11 for a beer, $22 for a double crown and coke, $18 for a po-boy, $20 for a shite bowl of shrimp pasta, etc.

When they go through the rebuild attendance will drop. Interesting thing though is that if you combine that with an old stadium and the eventual sale of the team, it could create a perfect storm for the new owner to move the team.

I think some people underestimate how much money they generate on game days. This would definitely send a message to the organization if people stop going to games.

Who is "they?" You think DA gives a shite if you buy a beer and nachos at a game? No one with any impact on the team would "get nervous" and all it would do is hurt current players and potential free agents & coaches perception of Saints being a good destination and fan base.

Thats a no go.
1st NFL Franchises don't make their money off of fans in attendance any more. It all TV revenue driven.
2nd most people have already paid for their tickets so will have the attitude of I've already given them my money it would be stupid to not go. Which may or may not be the case but with way the NFL doesn't care about he average fan anymore.
2020 proved they can play in empty stadiums and still make money. (not as much, but not one team lost money with no fans in attendance.)

You will save money on lunacy parking and lunacy concessions but, unfortunately, most all tickets already bought and paid for.
