The owner provides the money and that's it. Most NFL owners not named Jerry Jones play little role mid-season coaching decisions. This team has plenty talent, but a brain dead head coach.

No one answers to anyone, the buck stops nowhere. She inherited the team and has no skin in the game. Upper management knows they aren’t going anywhere because Gayle doesn’t trust anyone else.

both the saints and pels arent managed badly, they just arent managed well
so they are just stuck in middle of the pack
