That looked like a first round quarterback last night. I know their defense isn’t very good, and our receivers are excellent, but his TD throw to Lacey, and his first two to Thomas literally could not have been better.

Lacey had the defender on his right hip, and Daniel dropped it on his left hip

He’s playing himself up to the Mid to late First round if he keeps it up the way he did against ole miss.

Realistically 2-4 rounds.

Hilton catching that pass on the final play would have really helped everyone's situation

That was a show last night. He was making the throws and the WRs were hauling them in. A lot of them weren't easy throws or catches. It's a shame that performance will forever be overshadowed by the Defense.

would have been easier for the defense to have just put up a mediocre performance. we win in a blowout

I would say 3rd or 4th round. But then again, Malik Willis and Desmond Ridder were both drafted in the 3rd round so what the hell do I know.

He’s not going number one but he looks better than Bryce young last year
I could see somewhere in second round as ceiling and probably 4th as floor

This is going to be a historic QB draft. I think mid 2nd to late 3rd is a good bet.

First round is unlikely with 2 generational talents in Williams and Maye, along with all the other studs. There won't be 6-7 1st round QBs

If continues his post-FSU play he will challenge for the first round

His last 4 games have been excellent and he has really good physical tools for the position

Like other posters have said, there are a lot of good draft eligible QBs so that may hurt him

If he would have thrown the damn ball on 3rd and 5 we wouldnt have needed a defensive performance or a ladt second pass play

If Anthony Richardson can get drafted in the 1st round, so can he.

FYI, other projected 1st round QBs currently include Bo Nix, Quinn Ewers, & Michael Penix Jr

Hilton making that very difficult catch would not change Daniels' draft position at all. Daniels' pass will only help him. That was a big league throw in a very difficult situation.

Daniels was mediocre in the FSU game. Since then he has been right on the level that Joe Burrow was on in 2019. If he stays on the level of the last three games he will be a top 5 draft pick, but that is a tall order.

Daniels has elite athleticism; he is a good height; he has an above average NFL arm; he is high character; he is smart; and now he is showing a command of the game. I'd like to see him develop more accuracy on his deep balls. What else is he missing besides a defense?

Seriously. You have:

Williams
Maye
Pennix
Ewers
Nix
Sanders

All possibly coming out. If he’s not a first round pick it’s not due to lack of production or ability, it’s because not that many teams are needing a QB in the first round.
