Only in Batin Rudge does a department which is failing in its mission, which is torn by dissension, and is so corrupt the FBI had to come in and investigate.

When the leaders are confronted, what do they do? They band together along racial lines and shift the blame elsewhere.

It is pathetic.

I can’t speak for everybody, but I am for a well led department with good morale, manned up, with a focus on targeting the gangs that run the streets.

I am not for violating anyone’s civil rights, but I’m not soft on crime or criminals.

I feel like I live in an alternate reality.

That was a fireable display at any other executive level job (where you dont own the company).
