Oxford Ms check in thread

Touched down at 4pm. Hit the square. Not an open table to be found at any restaurant. Grabbed a couple bar stools at a newer establishment claiming to be a steakhouse. Lots of “fresh fish” on the menu, lady wanted to order stuffed flounder. Had to remind her we were almost 6 hours from the harvesting grounds and she ordered the Wagu meatball appetizer. Tasted like chef boy-r-dee spaghetti sauce.
Square packed with every kind of plastic surgery patients knows to man. A few fellow coon-asses in the number but not many. Time to flush the toilet tomorrow and GTF out.

Not in Oxford, but we stopped in Grenada for the night. Hotel is loaded with LSU fans.

Only thing I miss about living in Oxford. Seven home games and graduation weekends were worth $20k/year in free income. I would get paid to leave and just go wherever the frick I wanted

If you're in the Comfort Inn right next to I-55, have a laugh thinking about a drunk LSU fan running around that parking lot in 45 degree weather with nothing but a sock pulled over his junk after LSU destroyed Miami in the 2005 Peach Bowl.
Hope we have that kinda outcome tomorrow in Oxford.

Checked in at a hotel @ around 1:30 yesterday in Granada. Had early dinner in Square, drinks at Oliver Hotel bar. Going back to Square around 10:00, then to the Grove & game
