There's a guy that works at the local Mapco, that's been using 1 for at least the last year, to travel back and forth to his job. He really likes it, but he's only used it around town.
I was just wondering how they will do out in the woods and trails?

Got a bud that bought some cheap china knock off about 3-4 years ago. Thing works like a champ. Mainly uses it for stealth during turkey season. Trying to ride with a climber and your bow is a bit much. If you have fixed stand locations during the season, riding with backpack and a gun is a pretty easy.

Neighbor has had one for a couple of years now. I don’t remember the name but it’s not one of the “hunting brands” . He had done a bunch of research looking at components and batteries and said that you can get one not aimed at hunters way cheaper and pretty much the same bike.
His has a rack he blacked rattle can painted it real nice and put some bright arse green led lights on it and he loves it.

Yeah, I need to do some shopping around.

What I think would be great: If you could get a 3 wheel type, that's sort of like the motor trikes that have the 2 wheels up front. I think they are called Spyders?, scaled down and light weight of course.

Look at the hunting spec bikes like another poster said.

Guy across the street got a white one that was pretty equivalent and half the price.

Got some quality SEM spray paint and camo'd it up for his grandson to hunt with. Looks great. Added and LED on the front for a little extra light.

Edited to add he got the women's bike to make it easier without the cross bar to get on it with your hunting gear and boots.

Sort of like that, but with the front tires further apart.
I've used some industrial 3 wheel bicycles that were sort of like I would want. They were pretty stable, but the steering design would need to be improved to make it usable in the woods.

One of my friends just bought a Haoqi to use in Missouri and at his lease in Mississippi. They’re on sale right now for $1,400. He likes it so far but hasn’t used it hunting yet. He saddle hunts so all his gear packs into his backpack and he can put his bow in a sling. I was looking into them but I can’t bring myself to spend the money on something I’ll only use once a year in Missouri.

Pretty funny, for a long time on this site, all of the ads I get, have been for guitars and machine tools.
Now they are throwing the electric bikes in there.

I have a Himiway Cruiser. Wish I would’ve gotten the step through version. I hunt public land so I added a larger rack on the back to put my climber. We can retrieve a kill with our 4 wheeler at the camp so I probably won’t purchase a cart to hook to it.

That looks pretty good, needs some gangster camo/whitewalls though.
This looks bad arse.
