Apparently there is stuff in the article from Biden's team so they are the ones leaking this as if its a good thing 
I agree though. Time is ticking. I really thought he would have announced he is not running by now. It can't really be done later than say December.

I had a trainer that would make us do workouts barefoot once a week to focus on proprioception. It's been a while ago, but I remember that term anytime we worked out without shoes.

I think they are going to drag it out thru the party convention --> nominate him -> then 'discover' something that preclude his fulfilling his 'duty'
That way they can resort to some 'emergency session' to determine how to best react to this 'act of God' emergency = no time for another pesky throwback like an 'election' - just allow the anointed ones provide their historically unchallenged opinions as the 'common good'
= then they select Michelle - as has been the plan for the past 3 years now.

If that happens there would be intense pressure to put in Kamala, and they do not want that at all.
I only see that happening if Kamala decides to take Feinstein's Senate seat and they replace her with someone like Gavin (or another "better" candidate).
