Dave's on the hot seat and his days in Waco are numbered. If he's on the market this offseason, I'd love to see Kelly part ways with House and bring Dave back.

Most of us would take Aranda back happily, but until we get top flight D talent on this squad, our D under anyone is not gonna be up to SEC title snuff. RECRUITING top talent on D is what we need most.

Dave isn’t really HC material. He inherited a good Baylor team and they’ve regressed since. Love to have him back as DC.

He was never a HC material. Running a program is different from being a DC.

Kelly may not need to let House go. #1 House isn’t going anywhere unless it is on his own for another job, #2 House is a prime contender for the open HC job at Michigan State.

If his D keeps playing like this, he won't be.

Man the rant is a fickle bunch. Alot of posters absolutely ripped Aranda in 2019.

BTW, I like him as a DC.

2019 through 4: 1,280 yards, 93 points
2023 through 4: 1,441 yards, 100 points

2023 has played a little tougher schedule though.

It’s easy for a defense to look good when the opposing offense is trying to play catch up all game against generational greats.

Teams with "high powered" fast scoring offenses typically have problems on defense because they don't get much rest. Comparing 2019 to 2023 may be misleading.

Arandas not working out, House wants to be a head coach, let's swap.
