Do you think that Carr gets better with time and exposure to the system he is now under?

Does he need more deep balls versus the dump passes, or is it hurting that we don't have Kamara in?

Honestly, how worrisome was that INT in the redzone?

Yes I’ll expect 500 yards passing and no ints by week 6. Just be patient

Where do yall come from?
Why do you all ask 3-5 questions in a row?
Do all old seldom used accounts end up this way?

Because they were all thoughts, or observations that I took from the game and was just wondering what others thought. I kind of thought that's what forums were for.....?

I think Carr gets better when hes not running for his life on 50% of passing attempts.

Outside of the int I didn't see anything I didn't like. He played about as well as he could with no run game and spotty blocking.

He definitely looks down field. I can't remember the last time I've seen that many intermediate passes from a Saints quarterback. Teams have to play the entire field now. I read somewhere that Carr had the longest throw in air yards week one.

The int was just a bad throw on his part and he admitted as much. I don't think it's something to worry about unless it becomes a trend.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed with the play of the o-line, but there were some plays that I wished he would have either stepped up or scrambled a bit instead of hanging onto the ball.

If Carr gets like 10% better, we're in the playoffs for sure. We may be in the playoffs as is.

But, yes, I think he's going to get better as time goes on. We have way more than enough weapons. We haven't been this potent in a long time.

I'm mostly concerned about the OC. If that fricker does his job we will be fine. LT isn't even a huge concern for me because we have a backup plan.

I take 3-5 questions over people who post one half of a single sentence and the other half...

...in the body of the post.

It is amazing how well he kept his composure. The Titans were trying very hard to knock him out the game.

OL will play better. Tennessee is one of the best DLs we will play this season. Our starting 5 has also played very little together considering the left side.

Carr will only get better as he develops more chemistry with Carmichael and his entirely new supporting cast provided our top 3 WRs, Johnson, and Kamara stay healthy.

Also keep in mind realistic expectations. He will never be Drew. Carr is at his best a top 10 QB...not an elite guy but certainly in a weakened NFC a guy you could compete with this year.

Well you have to go by what you saw.

It's clear that if the blocking is there we won't have any trouble moving the ball in the passing game.

And the blocking of course wasn't always there in the past protection. We didn't have our full complementary of running backs so we were kind of limited running the ball but Tennessee stuffs the run really well so you can't get too worried about it.

Overpaying for a mediocre QB and then blaming our O line. Gotta love it. I wonder why the O line sucks hmmmmm.

Are you saying that it's Carr's fault that Penning got owned in week 1?

More $$$ for QB = less $$$ for O-line.

You know whats dumber than signing Derek Carr. Signing Derek Carr for $38M/year when you know you have a shitty O line
