Ok, so someone that took 1 mg a day as prescribed probably wouldn't have the same deep withdrawals.
I know all about alcohol withdrawal and that is nightmarish.

No I didn’t say that. Your body will build up a physical addition to it all the same (mine was accelerated due to the quantity I was taking I’d imagine) but if you take it for long enough I can still see just a mg a day possibly causing wd symptoms. Maybe not as severe but everyone is different. When you get off benzos even if you didn’t abuse them and took them as the doc said you should still stop under a doctor’s supervision and they should taper you down not just cut you off cold turkey. The doctors that do that are complete pieces of shite and don’t understand the physical trauma it can lead to.
