Ingram literally said the same thing and blamed his fumbles on lack of leadership.
I think it's bs to think this way. They should be more professional at this level. And then to publicly say this is also weird.

I think there is definitely truth to it.

Da is too nice imo.

Do the players really fear him? I don't think so.

Just look at some off the best coaches like Reid, Payton, pederson, Tomlin, and mcvay.

They all have a fire and command to them.
