What the hell is a climate adaptation expert? Does this idiot know that the reason Katrina was so bad was because LA politicians for years used levee funds for other things and many levees were in very poor shape or had subsided and not been brought back to original levels? That’s been fixed now….allegedly.

But not because of climate change. It'll be because New Orleans is turning into a dystopian nightmare of a town run by criminals. Nobody is going to want to go to school there.
