Why not just play a game of bumper cars with that PD vehicle? Sure it wouldn't solve the problem, but I'd assume the amount of insurance most of these folks have would make them think twice about risking their under-insured pride and joys

You’ll be accused of white flight if you leave and gentrification if too many whiteys move in. People may not be saying it yet, but south of 119 on 65 is the move. South of valleydale on 280 would also be in consideration here.

The murder rate skyrocketed when Woodfin took over.

Lots of people are definitely heading that way, no doubt.

Same thing with the 'burbs surrounding Montgomery. "Yeah, we f*cked up Montgomery. And now we're moving to YOUR town". When everyone moves away, we'll be accused of being racist and "white flight" will be a part of the mainstream vocabulary again. But the people who are actually to blame still won't learn anything and still won't shift their voting habits.
I was the last 40ish year old whitey to bail on Bogalusa and move to Franklinton. Nobody has been called raysuss since this migration began 20 years ago. It seems THEY just want to “govern” themselves and were glad to see us all leave.

They did arrest that guy, and what does another police department in another city have to do with this?

Why don’t they just shoot out the tires?

Really anything south of 59 and east of 65 is fine. My dad and all his people lived in Ensley/Central Park area. I get uncomfortable going down there during the day.
Anyone know where that video was taken? Kinda looks like Finley Ave.

I listen to Greg McElroys morning show and he’s always saying Birmingham is the best city in the south by a mile

Face it, there's a large portion of the population that firmly believes in lawlessness.
Unfortunately, that is the way it is in large metro areas, chiefly in the downtown areas.
And it's allowed
