TSA with no ID?

Has anyone here gone through TSA with no physical ID? Was staring this scenario in the face recently (thankfully adverted) with the wife and was googling what you need to do. It sounds like you would need to do a TSA interview and fill out some verification form with which TSA uses public data bases (I assume only fans) to verify you.
Has anyone done this? If so how long did it take? Did photos on your phone of IDs help?

If you have Clear you don’t need to have an ID

My friend lost his wallet on a trip to Denver. You just get pulled to the side. Full pat down and get asked a lot of questions.

Happened recently to someone I know. He forgot his wallet with driver's license in it. TSA did not give a shite about his license on the LA Wallet app or his government work ID. A supervisor came out and asked a bunch of questions to verify ID, and they checked his carry-on thoroughly with explosive swabs and the whole nine yards. On the return trip, check in was at a bigger airport, and the supervisor there put him through fairly quickly, so experiences may vary.

Flew out of El Paso earlier this summer. Was standing there getting my ID checked and my bag searched like I am Osama and six illegals (still in their dirty clothes from crossing the border) walk up and all they have are sheets of paper given to them by the Border Patrol.
TSA Supervisor walks over, asks if they have any picture ID (they did not) and waved them straight through security. I looked at the TSA guy searching my bag and he just shrugged. Thank goodness he got my deodorant spray that was over the 3 oz limit though.
Terminal was full of more "migrants" and they all had the same backpacks (obviously bought with our tax dollars) and all had new smart phones. I confirmed that USBP gives them the phones so they "can reach them about court dates." The phones are tossed or sold when they reach the interior.
So, if you don't have ID, just act like you don't speak English.

Night before our drive back to the airport to head home, wife can’t find her wallet, and isn’t sure when she had it last during a multistop road trip.
We ended up finding it at a restaurant we ate at days before and fortunately was on our way back to the airport.
We were traveling with kids so I assume they would have let her through but hadn’t really faced this situation before, and all the internet really said is get to airport as early as you can.
I think going forward I might try to pack some picture ID as part of our toiletry bag.

In the past 6 months several times I was randomly selected by Clear after scanning for an ID verification. No big deal but I wouldn't travel without an idea just because you have Clear.
Also traveling domestically your trusted traveler card you get with Global Entry works just fine.

I have a coworker who forgot her wallet at home before a flight from Houston to Norfolk.
However, she had a company printed ID badge with her that only displayed her picture and name on it that she presented to TSA. I was completely stunned that TSA let her through with the company ID badge.
She had someone FedEx her license to her while we were on the trip, so it wasn't an issue returning home.
