Haha, $350/month sounds about right.

No idea why these places don't just list on their website what memberships cost.

Not very bright are you? Maybe it’s because when membership is up they will raise initiation fees and when it’s down and they need to add members they may drop the fees.

The latest offer I got was about a month ago. $89 per month. Unlimited driving range and unlimited free play on the Lakes course. Still have to pay for cart either way. And they were going to waive the $200 initiation fee.

I am glad I didn't pull the trigger...it ended up being so damned hot that I wouldn't have played enough to make it worth it, and there are 4-5 months out of the year when I don't golf at all. But all in all it seems like a good deal.

Like $20-40 a month, depending on if you want just the basic wash or add on the tire shine and clear coat protectant stuff too

ETA: RA'd to move to car wash board

It's pretty close for a family membership if you add the food requirement to it..

You could list your base membership on the website and add +plus initiation fees and leave those hidden depending on course needs.

But the guy's point is valid... making me email someone to find out if it's even remotely feasible for me is just dumb.

Speaking of their website, it blows me away that a golf course doesn't have a scorecard, hole maps etc on their website. In fact, this is the only mention of the golf courses on their site:

Because they're trying to get you to contact them so they can send the information, invite you for a tour/round, and try to sell.

Does them no good to have you look at the website and move on.

It’s a business transaction that a simple email asking about membership will provide the pertinent information. Go ahead and try it to find an answer. Standard protocol in the industry.

About 6 of us joined up on the Lakes special since the new year. Some like me got it at $69/month while the recently joined got in at $89/month. We play usually 2x a week; once on Wednesday and once on the weekend. It’s hot but I have lived my entire life in south LA so it doesn’t stop me from playing golf.
