How will Trump? I said yesterday there are about 20 GOP Senators that would rather "stick a fork in their eye" then work with Trump. He will be a lame duck.

DeSantis has a better shot of actually getting things done than Trump.

I don’t think Ron’s ready to stand in the breach against the Swamp, or for that matter ready for , Xi Jinping, Putin and all the bad guys out there.
Is he willing to fire all of the Obama holdovers in the DOJ in the FBI and the CIA?
If he doesn’t pledge to do that then he needs to step aside.

Replace heads of departments under Executive jurisdiction with non-swamp rats.

Roll-back some the soft-implemented New Green Deal bullshite.

Put a stop to the woke cultural movement(basically what he’s done in Florida and Youngkin has done in VA).

OVERHAUL THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION!!!!

Bring back a strong foreign policy. Namely from an economic standpoint.

What most of us here think needs to be done won't happen fast. If he is president he needs to maintain Trump's non intervention foreign policy but also make sure we have a strong military. Economic policy I think the 2 most important parts of the economy that we need to have in focus are energy and technology. Both industries are diverse and we should be making a full court press to be the world leaders in both. If we embrace that attitude the manufacturing and construct jobs will follow and also help support our thriving service sector of the economy. Regardless of who is president we are in prime position to remain the dominant superpower so long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foot.

To get more specific on these topics. Energy: Has to be multifaceted. Don't cripple fossil fuels but also continue to encourage development of more nuclear tech and green energy. (This can be done without federal subsidies)

Tech: On the hardware side this might require some subsidies but will be worth it in the long run

If we maintain/regain dominance in those sectors we are well positioned for long term success

On another note the drug problem in the country needs to be seriously addressed and probably from different angles than the failed ones we've used. It's part of a larger culture battle that we will struggle with internally if not rectified.

Please give us some examples.

Fauci. Wray. Barr.

Those are some pretty solid examples. All under Trumps jurisdiction.

Always amazes how Only Trumpers keep buying into the myth that somehow electing Trump is going to make it all better. Trump isn't going to get shite done. He accomplished nothing of any lasting importance that wasn't immediately undone by Biden He will be a lame duck on Day 1 and he won't be able to govern beyond an EO. No one who isn't a sycophant third rate talent will work in his Administration.

We’ll find out in 2028. Unless he keeps fricking around and looses Trumps base.
