Could you land a commercial airplane in an emergency?

Debate topic with my sisters
They have a theory (I think from a tiktok trend) that ALL men confidently state that if need be in an emergency… life or death…
That they could take control of a cockpit of a commercial airplane and land it safely.
Could you?
I read a book about survival situations once and the first step was to change the radio frequency to some FAA emergency channel.
That’s all I’ve got
Maybe 777tiger can weigh in here or other pilots.

If I'm on a commercial airliner, I'm probably 8 beers deep at that point.
