My insurance is going up 30% for my next 6-month term coming up.
Edit: no claims on current car. No tickets. Nothing.
Just a lot more money needed from me.

In other words, we’re amongst a group of the most dangerous drivers in the US.

Gordon’s smarter than most of the OT and is just exploiting the laws. Can’t blame him for making millions in a perfectly legal manner. Our legislature is to blame, not lawyers.

Wish people would turn against these guys, LSU should take a stand. Plaintiff attorneys should not be advertising, they are costing you more money.

Desantis doing work in Florida. Already the highest premiums and Farmers just pulled out of the state entirely. But he’s fighting Disney, which is a much bigger kitchen table issue than skyrocketing insurance rates.

Oh look, an uninformed idiot. The chaos of insurance industry in FL has nothing to do with Desantis. In fact, he signed a bill into law this year to help Alleviate the issues but plaintiff attorneys filed 280k lawsuits before it became law to frick up the system for another couple of years.
If you want to blame someone, blame Charlie crist when he was insurance commissioner and then governor.

The main culprit is still the massive amount of uninsured drivers in Louisiana. It's the same thing in Florida over %10 are uninsured.

When I moved to Texas in 2017 I had an 07 4Runner and my rate got cut in half by moving out of Louisiana

Uninsured drivers causing accidents is the main reason for increases. There are some states where it gets up over 20% of drivers being uninsured. It’s fricking insane

I can assure you they don’t know what it means.
No one is ever fully covered, people have no clue how their liability coverage works.

I know we can catch Florida if we try, baws.

When you mandate mandatory insurance coverage for all but refuse to enforce consequences for scofflaws?
Of course the law abiding citizen will absorb all of the cost.

Don’t forget underinsured drivers and the lawsuits that come with it. PIP coverage in Florida is fricking useless
