I seem to remember a young Nolan Ryan having considerable control problems early in his career and that worked out pretty well.

What happened to that guy? I remember it being a big deal he signed with the Tigers. I kinda felt bad for him at the end of the year. I feel like if he doesn’t drastically improve, he will have a harder time finding a role next year than he did this past year.

Never upset about a senior coming back with a young staff.
He turned 20 last week. He was younger than multiple freshman on the team this past year. He's pitched in Omaha 3 times.

He has the ability and tools to be a Friday night guy. just needs to put it all together.

If I remember right he’s younger than Kling.

It takes a complete fool not to see the potential he has. If he can consistently find the strike zone, he will have a big role next season

Similar comments about Thatcher Hurd permeated the Rant the first half of the season...and he turned into gold. Hopefully Yeski is the alchemist that can do it with Little, who seems to have a great attitude.

Dude throws mid 90’s…he just needs to find the strike zone and master his off speed pitches. All possible in an offseason with a good pitching coach.

He’s got 1st round talent if he can get it together.

If he comes back he just needs to see a ton of action against the early season easy part of the schedule. Just groove the middle of the plate and get outs. Hopefully it will build confidence and his season will turn out differently.

When he is throwing strikes he is really good. If he doesn’t think he has to be perfect I think he can be a good bullpen option.

Changed his delivery and added 6mph to his fastball late in the year.

So what is it you want here? Is everyone supposed to say, “yay OMG he was amazing last year and LSU will lose every game if he doesn’t come back and he will pitch every game and win them all cause he’s amazing”?

The guy was a great teammate, but on the field had damn near 8 era. He was of no use on the field. Maybe he comes back and has it all figured out. Is this a fricking discussion board or not? Can people have critical opinions and ask questions about what impact a player will or won’t have?
