If you like roast beef, you will like beef tongue. It's a muscle, just like the more familiar roast. You wouldn't cook it the same way as a roast, but it's tasty. I've made lengua tacos many times.

you like roast beef, you will like beef tongue. It's a muscle, just like the more familiar roast. You wouldn't cook it the same way as a roast, but it's tasty. I've made lengua tacos many times.
